Organic Disney Cars Cake

This special request cake was definitely a challenge.
All organic chocolate cake with butter cream decorated in a Disney Cars theme is what my client wanted.
After a lot of research on the internet, and searching different stores for all the ingredients needed, i was able to pull it all together and i think it came together beautifully. The only thing we couldn't pull off was organic fondant. The checkers on the side of the cake are not organic, but were pulled off before their son ate his share.
I made the flags and road signs with lolly-pop sticks and some creativity :)
